Catan Fashions, LLC, an Ohio Limited Liability Company (“Catan Fashions”), values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information entrusted to us and the communications you receive from us.

Catan Fashions collects personal information that is voluntarily provided by you when you order a product, enter a promotion such as a sweepstakes or skill contest, answer our polls or surveys, register as a member on our website, sign up for additional services on our website or communicate with us by mail, telephone or electronically. The type of information we collect and maintain may include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, credit card number, wedding location, your fiancee’s name, address and phone number, your wedding date, and other interests that are associated with your wedding.

Catan Fashions collects personal information for the following reasons: (1) to provide you with the products or services you have requested, including processing your payment; (2) to better understand you, to allow us to serve you better through enhanced products, customer service and directed Catan Fashions promotional efforts of particular interest; (3) to properly investigate and respond to any complaints, questions or concerns you may have about our products or services; and (4) for possible distribution to third parties that request lists of the individuals registered as Members of the Catan Fashions website. 

 

 

If you register as a Member of the Catan Fashions website, we may share your personal information with third parties that operate and maintain businesses in the bridal industry, including but not limited to, companies associated with: bridal showers; bridal party gifts; cakes; invitations; gift registry; floral design and décor; guest accommodations; beauty hair/makeup; photographers; wedding planning; disk jockey; and catering. Such third parties sometimes request the list of our Members for their marketing purposes. You may opt-out of being included on the list of our members if you do not want your information shared with third parties in the bridal industry.
